  • Andreja Leko - Jury president

    Andreja Leko graduated at FDU in Belgrade, department camera. He is professionally engaged in advertising photography, TV commercials and documentary film. As a cinematographer, director of photography and photographer, he works for the most important domestic and regional marketing agencies and productions houses. He is the author of numerous print campaigns, TV commercials and jingles, music videos and documentary TV series. He is director of photography for documentary films: "Marina Abramović and her children" production Action film Belgrade 2020.   • Doc. dr Siniša Tomić

    Doc. Dr. Siniša Tomić is a professor at the Faculty of Information Technologies in Banja Luka, department - Computer Multimedia and Graphics. He is known for his athorship in advanced digital video production, advanced compositing techniques and special effects in video production. He is actively engaged in music production and sound engineering in film. He published numerous scientific works and cooperated with a large number of clients outside the borders of the country. He is the author of the book "Advanced Studio Techniques", which deals with advanced composite techniques in video editing, sound engineering in film, and other special effects and techniques that are an integral part of advanced digital video production. He works commercially in the field of computer design, video production and computer animation for a large number of serious clients, both here and in Europe, Australia and America.

  • Vesna Grba

    Vesna Grba completed basic and master's studies in editing at the Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Belgrade. As a producer and editor, she realized numerous short and feature-length documentaries, corporate and promotional video projects, commercials. She is currently working on animated film "Roksanda" which was supported at FCS contests and a project under development - a feature-length documentary film "Touch", both in collaboration with director and film critic Dragan Jovićević and director of photography Nebojša Vasić. She has collaborated with a large number of artists on the visualization of their art projects. For over 20 years, she has been an editor at Radio Television of Serbia, where she works on various projects.

  • MR Relja Eraković

    MR Relja Eraković graduated from the Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Belgrade in 2001. Graduated in 2005 at FDU - Department of Film and Television Camera of "St. Cyril and Methodius" University in Skopje. At the postgraduate studies in 2016, he defended his thesis entitled "Problems of aerial photography, with reference to the documentary film Above", at the EFTA University in Skopje, which earned him the title of Master of Audiovisual Arts in the field of Film and TV Camera. He has been involved in photography since his high school days. Member of Photo Cinema Club "Podgorica" ​​in 1992. He exhibited at over thirty group exhibitions in the country and abroad, where he was awarded several times. Ten independent exhibitions of artistic photography. He worked as a cameraman and camera assistant on a large number of commercials, student, short, dedicated, documentary films, as well as two feature films, marketing and political campaigns. As a cameraman and director, he worked on six documentaries that were shown in the country and abroad. He became a member of the Association of Filmmakers of Montenegro in 1998. Currently employed at the Faculty of Dramatic Arts of the University of Montenegro as an associate professor in the field of film and media, cinematic and TV camera.

  • Eroll Bilibani

    Eroll Bilibani, Producer, photographer and communications manager - currently the Executive Director of the largest cultural organization in Kosovo and one of the leading documentary film festivals in the Region. DokuFest is a nonprofit organization that organizes the International Documentary and Short Film Festival every August in Prizren, Kosovo and aims at Promotion of Art and Culture through Documentary Film and Education and is dedicated to development and promotion of Kosovo’s young filmmakers and artists through its programs, and is committed to enhancing public understanding and appreciation of the art form and its significance, while making films more accessible to a wider audience. Eroll is the executive producer of the 2017 BAFTA winning short film “HOME.” In 2014, “New Europe 100,” an initiative of Google, Res Publica, Visegrad Fund and the Financial Times, listed Eroll amongst 100 people who have inspired change in Central and Eastern Europe.

  • Jelena Blažić

    Jelena Blažić graduated from the University of Florence, Faculty of Philosophy - Department for Film and Theatre. First professional experience in media world she gained writhing privately owned production company in Rome, that was producing programs for RAI. After couple of years, she comes back to Belgrade where she was working for a production service company, that was servicing foreign productions shooting in Serbia and nearby countries. From 2013 she was working as part of production management on productions outside of Serbia. Among bigger projects she was Production Manager on the TV series “Marco Polo” for Netflix and feature film “Crazy Rich Asians” for Warner Brothers, romantic comedy that was the most seen film globally for weeks in Summer 2018. With her short film “Differences” she obtained the master degree at the FEFA faculty in Belgrade in 2021. Last couple of year she was leading Production Planning and Services team at Netflix and since May 2022, she has joined the MBS Group, the company with the biggest portfolio of film/TV studios. She lives and works in London.

    Stanko Herceg croatian cinematographer and photographer. Graduated photography at the School of Applied Art and Design and cinematography at the Academy of Drama Arts in Zagreb. Member of the Croatian Cinematographers Society and Croatian Association of Artists and lecturer at the Faculty of Architecture, School of Design, and  Academy of Drama Arts, University of Zagreb.   • Ivan Blazhev

    Ivan Blazhev as graduated from Brooklyn College (New York City, USA) with BA in Filmmaking and holds a MFA degree in Photography from the Academy of Arts of Novi Sad. Works as a photographer and a filmmaker. Has thought photography and video courses at various academic and alternative educational institutions. He has exhibited his photography work at national and international museum and gallery venues. In 2008 his project Macedonia Dreaming was part of Beyond Walls – Eastern Europe after 1989 program at the Noorderlicht Photo Festival in the Netherlands. In 2011 he was featured in the exhibition Fragments: Macedonian art scene 1991 – 2011 at the Museum of Contemporary Art – Skopje. Blazhev has published 6 photographic books. As a filmmaker, he has directed documentary and short films, commercials, corporate and promotional video projects for various clients.

  • Mladen Ivanović

    Mladen Ivanović graduated at the Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Cetinje. He enrolled in Master's studies at the Academy of Dramatic Arts in Zagreb, Documentary Film in the class of Professor Goran Dević. In December 2015, the debut film "Between the River and the People" was the winning debut film at the BaNFF (Balkan New Film Festival) held in Stockholm, Sweden. He is currently directing the feature-length documentary film "Contra Admiral" about Krsto Đurović, who died in the Yugoslav war because he refused to shell Dubrovnik. He received support from the Film Center of Montenegro and the Croatian Audio Visual Center, together with production house Artikulacija and co-production Restart from Zagreb. At the last DOKSrbija, he won the award for the best project under development. His film with the working title "Petrova Gora" is in the post-production phase, about one of the most significant modernist monuments of ​​the former Yugoslavia, which is the act of Vojin Bakić. The film is produced by the Academy of Dramatic Arts in Zagreb.

  • Arnej Misirlić

    Arnej Misirlić director of photography, director and photographer. Founder of "Komitet" production company, wedding photo and video studio "Šećerlama". He graduated from the Faculty of Political Sciences of the University of Sarajevo, communication science. He built his way into the world of videography and film primarily through commercial projects, primarily music videos and TV commercials, and as a wedding photographer. He was a member of the Sarajevo Photography festival jury, as well as a speaker at numerous conferences Blenda, Nikon Day... He has been a longtime collaborator of music authors Jala Brat and Buba Corelli on their music video spots, as well as with many other music authors from the Balkans. He signs a large number of TV commercials for clients such as Galenika, Emmezeta, Sberbank, Omcafe, Plodina, NLB, Mercator, Idea, etc.

  • Kosta Zhonga

    Kosta Zhonga graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Tirana, department of painting (graphics). The owner of the artistic cultural center "MADI ART", an institution that works on the artistic education of children and the contemporary spirit. He is initiator of the International Short Film Festival of Dropull, in Gjirokaster. The festival lasts for 3 evenings, during which films are watched and open to the public. It has a competitive spirit with the participation of the 20 films by Albanian and Greek directors. His specialties are presentation skills, drawing, stop motion, television appearances and team management. A great professional in the development of painting.

  • Igor Majer

    Igor Majer has been involved in photography since his student days, with the appearance of entry-level DSLR cameras. He is mostly inspired by landscape and macro photography. With appereance of full frame sensors and the possibility of creating videos, he began to create the first commercial short video forms. He has been a member of the jury at photo contests several times, has done various guest appearances, podcasts, photo safaris... Since 2014, he has been doing triathlon recreationally, and since 2016, he has been organizing sports events in Montenegro. He is the first Montenegrin who complete an Ironman triathlon (3.8 km swimming, 180 km cycling, 42 km running), and the only one who complete an extreme Ironman and a double Ironman. He pays a lot of attention to the visual identity of his races, therefore he produced a large number of films, of various forms with a sports theme, some of them were shown on public service.
